How often do we roast?
We roast on every Tuesday, so if you place your order by Monday evening, your coffee will be delivered during that week.
We share your values when it comes to quality and freshness. We roast every week and we work with smaller batches in order to always provide the most fresh coffee for You!
How long does it take to deliver my order?
If you place your order by Monday evening, your coffee will be delivered during that week.
Your package is expected to be delivered to the given address in 1-3 days following we hand it over to the courier service.
How much the delivery cost?
If you order under 5 kilograms, the delivery in Hungary costs 4.5€.
If you order more than 5 kilograms, the delivery is free of charge.
What if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?
If the delivery fails, you will be notified via email. You can request another delivery to a new addres, like your workplace for instance.
If you do not want to change anything in your order, then the GLS courier service will attempt to deliver your package again in 2 working days to the original address. (If you cannot find the email from the GLS courier service, try the spam folder.)
What happens after I place my order?
1.: You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
2.: Your package will be delivered as previously explained. You will receive a notification email on the day of the delivery, where you can find the cell phone number of the courier. Please be at the given address at the time of the delivery.
